There has been a rise in phishing attacks targeting customers of financial institutions. While there have been no cases so far, scammers may impersonate Singlife with Aviva. We will never ask for your online account ID, password or OTP over the phone, email or SMS. Please be assured that we are actively taking steps to prevent phishing.
Notice on Eldershield scheme
As announced by the Ministry of Health (MOH) on 7 January 2019, the Government will be taking over the administration of the ElderShield scheme from private insurers. MOH will announce the exact transfer date closer to end 2021. If you have an ElderShield policy, you will not be able to view your ElderShield policy details or make any changes to it from 9 October 2021. After the transfer date, you may reach out to the Government for any requests regarding your ElderShield policy. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
